Lost & Found

Any property lost at the Stadium will be brought to the Visitor centre where they can be picked up by the owner. The Stadium does not mail the lost property to the owners.

Please check at the eOmistaja Löytö service whether the item you have lost has already been found.

Any valuable property lost at the Stadium will be held by the Visitor Centre for two weeks. After that, we will send the valuable property to Lost and Found managed by the Helsinki Police Department in Pasila. Property that does not qualify as valuables will be kept at the Stadium for one month.

If you have lost your property during a large-scale event, please take direct contact to the event organiser. Event organisers give information for the lost property as concerns their event, and the information will also be available at the Stadium site under the particular event news.
